Server/Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Whether taking orders at the bar or serving in the dining area, you'll play a key role in delivering a top-tier food and beverage experience that keeps our guests coming back for more. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with professionalism and flair Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments efficiently Assist with food service duties during busy periods, including serving food promptly and checking on guest satisfaction Support catering, banquet, or nightclub events by providing exceptional service in fast-paced environments Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly while maintaining high-quality service Requirements Proven experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant, fine dining establishment, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts in fast-paced environments Experience with food industry standards including serving alcohol responsibly and understanding beverage menus Knowledge of brewing processes or hospitality industry trends is a plus but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
