Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and providing personalized recommendations. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by practicing excellent time management and prioritization skills. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures while balancing registers at shift end. Support food service operations by serving snacks or small plates when required, especially during busy nights or catering events. Collaborate with team members in nightclub or banquet settings to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold high standards of hospitality. Skills Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, retail math, or food service environments; fine dining experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and sales tracking. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or banquet halls. Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders while maintaining quality and speed of service. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and ensuring accurate billing. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper beverage preparation techniques. Familiarity with the food industry's standards for alcohol serving, including responsible serving practices in nightlife or catering environments. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days; prior experience in brewing or hospitality is advantageous.
