In this vital role, you'll support our bartenders and servers by ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and organized, while also delivering food promptly and professionally to our guests. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment committed to exceptional service. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies efficiently throughout shifts Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables swiftly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and workstations Support servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly to optimize guest flow Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management proactively Uphold food safety standards by handling food and beverages properly and adhering to sanitation protocols Provide excellent guest service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs at all times Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards such as HACCP is a plus Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing Knowledge of restaurant operations including serving, bussing, food preparation, and kitchen procedures is advantageous Prior banquet or hospitality experience can be beneficial for managing high-volume service periods Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and engaging with guests effectively A background in hotel or culinary settings demonstrates versatility in guest services and hospitality excellence Join us to be part of a vibrant team that thrives on delivering memorable experiences!
