Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating arrangements to ensure a comfortable dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating clearly with kitchen staff and bartenders Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and guests' needs are exceeded Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any special requests or concerns Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to uphold high hygiene standards Process payments efficiently using POS systems, providing clear receipts and friendly farewells Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours and special events Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Basic knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating joyful dining moments!
