Located in the heart of downtown Raleigh, our bars are renowned for their innovative drinks, using premium spirits, house-made syrups, and locally sourced ingredients to create unforgettable flavors.
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and creative Craft Cocktail Bartenders to join our team. As a bartender, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and serving exceptional cocktails that delight our guests. Your expertise in mixology and dedication to quality will ensure every drink is a masterpiece.
Responsibilities:
Create and serve unique craft cocktails with precision, following established recipes and techniques. Work closely with the bar team to develop new drink recipes and seasonal menus. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and card payments. Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a craft cocktail bartender in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant. Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques. Creative flair and passion for developing new cocktail recipes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are a must.
