  • Part-time Company Overview Spooky's at Castle Boo in Thomasville NC is now hiring an experienced Bartender.
We are a haunted themed bar and restaurant specializing in great bar foods and fantastic specialty drinks. We are open all year, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm-12am. Other days may be required as well for events. Hours and days are subject to change. Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled part time Bartender to immediately join our team at Spooky's. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients while serving beverages/food that complement our nightly events, ordering, cleaning, etc. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting our brand. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. Create a friendly and inviting environment for customers. Manage the bar and food areas efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Assist in staff hiring and training. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs. Collaborate with event staff to enhance the overall guest experience. Marketing our venue on social media and other entities. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender and a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation techniques, food safety and preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Must be honest, punctual, dependable, and able to take direction. Availability to work each Thursday, Friday, and Saturday is a must.
