In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will help foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Adding drinks in POS for accurate order entry and payment processing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with safety standards and sanitation protocols Handle cashing out guests accurately using cash handling skills & POS system per management Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Following management workflow , opening & closing procedures Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote safety Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in food service roles within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as such clover POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced shifts seamlessly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and retail math tasks Must be a team player to create a positive working environment for everyone. Previous experience in bar or the food industry will be considered an asset Must be at least 21 years old (or age as per local regulations) and hold relevant certifications if applicable Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
