Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, following established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, payments, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure adherence to alcohol service policies. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and other essentials promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours. Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions, ensuring seamless service delivery. Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills; perform basic math calculations for change and totals. Uphold food safety standards during food handling and serving processes when applicable. Contribute to a lively atmosphere by participating in promotional activities or themed events as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and cash handling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions and sales calculations. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements; certification may be required based on local laws. Previous retail math or hospitality experience is advantageous; brewing or food industry knowledge is a plus.
