systems, ensuring timely and efficient service Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes and safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area, including proper food handling and adherence to food safety regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions, including cashiering duties with POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Assist with bussing tables and clearing used glassware to keep the bar area tidy and inviting Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Follow all sanitation protocols and health regulations related to food service, including proper food preparation techniques when necessary Support event setups or nightclubbing activities as needed, contributing to an energetic environment that encourages guest engagement Experience Previous experience not required in food service or hospitality roles preferred, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically Experience with serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations regarding alcohol service Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and upselling opportunities Prior experience in bartending or cocktail preparation is a plus but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty Join us as a Cocktail Server where your energy fuels memorable moments!
