Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will craft beverages, serve customers, and ensure a memorable experience. This role requires a professional demeanor and strong multitasking abilities. No experience is necessary but perfered. Must be 21+. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy, including basic math for transactions. Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages during shifts. Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations, including checking IDs when necessary. Handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail. Skills Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transactional accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage preparation techniques. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
