Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs membership and guests. This is a seasonal posititon from Mid May to Mid September. Key Responsibilities of the
Pool Bartender:
Run seasonal outdoor pool bars in summer Pool deck service Snack/bar windows Private pool events Provides immediate attention to all guests in service stations. Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine Maintain inventory and stock levels Follow state liquor laws and club policies Handle POS system + cash/charge transactions Set up / close down bar (cleaning, restocking) Serve events, banquets, and poolside guests Communicate with managers about guest needs Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate. Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guests promptly after preparation. Follows-up with guest to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed. Maintains organized workstation and side work duties.
Minimum Qualifications for the bartender:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position (21 years or older).
Other Qualifications:
