Lead Bartender/Server

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing friendly service and recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times. Comply with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation methods. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and drink pricing. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations in the hospitality industry. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Must be at least 21 years of age or older, as required by law.
