Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender/Server, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for every guest. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process payments efficiently with cash handling expertise. Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and proper food handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills, ensuring timely service during busy hours. Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility across different service environments. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Experience in sales techniques to upsell menu items and increase revenue opportunities. Familiarity with beverage brewing processes or the food industry is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial for inventory management.
