Duties Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service with energy and professionalism. Oversee daily bar operations, including beverage preparation, inventory management, and cleanliness standards. Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, ensuring their needs are met promptly and enthusiastically. Prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using precise techniques and presentation skills. Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving practices in compliance with food safety regulations. Train new staff on beverage recipes, customer service standards, food handling procedures, and POS usage. Coordinate with kitchen staff for food service during events like mezzanine parties or catering functions. Uphold food safety standards and ensure all bar areas adhere to health regulations at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in customer service and a fast paced environment Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience supervising or leading a bar team. Proficiency in Toast POS, familiarity with cashiering and retail math is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele confidently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and responsible alcohol service protocols. Experience with catering or banquet settings is advantageous for event support roles. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory counts. Familiarity with the food industry standards related to brewing, serving, and hospitality operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or late-night shifts as required by nightlife or event schedules.
