Job Summary Join the team at Sandy's Bar & Lounge, a fast-paced college dive bar known for good drinks, great music, and an energetic atmosphere. We're looking for outgoing, dependable bartenders who can keep up with busy nights while creating a fun and welcoming experience for every guest. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling and billing with accuracy. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service laws.
