This position combines bartending, restaurant service, and closing supervision responsibilities in a fun, fast-paced entertainment venue featuring mini golf, arcade games, attractions, food, and drinks. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with guests, and can be trusted to oversee operations and secure the facility at the end of the night. Responsibilities Bartend and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Take food and drink orders and provide table service Deliver excellent guest experiences throughout the venue Verify IDs and maintain compliance with alcohol service laws Process cash and credit card transactions accurately Assist with food delivery and guest needs Help train and support front-line staff when needed Resolve guest concerns professionally Perform opening and closing side work Complete nightly cash counts and reports Ensure the restaurant, bar, and guest areas are clean and organized Act as the on-duty supervisor during designated shifts Secure the building, including alarms, doors, and closing procedures Qualifications Previous bartending experience required Previous serving experience preferred Leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Must be at least 21 years old Evening and weekend availability required Schedule Primarily evening and closing shifts Nights, weekends, and holidays required Approximately 30-40 hours per week Compensation Hourly wage of $18 + tips Leadership opportunities Employee discounts 401k match after 6 months of employment Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can step into a leadership role without being a full manager. The right candidate can bartend, serve guests, help direct the team during busy periods, and confidently handle closing responsibilities to ensure the building is secure and ready for the next day.
