Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly and efficient Kiosk Attendants to join our team at Sonny's for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Kiosk attendants play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, processing orders accurately, enforcing compliance standards, and maintaining cleanliness in a high-energy outdoor venue featuring live music, DJ nights, special events, and more! Responsibilities Greet and Assist Guests Welcome guests with a positive, confident attitude Help guests navigate the menu and answer questions clearly Process Orders Quickly and Accurately Ring every item into the POS system correctly and immediately Handle modifications with precision Maintain drawer accuracy and accountability Cash and Card Transactions Process payments accurately Issue correct change and receipts Maintain strict cash control procedures ID Verification and Safe Service Enforce one drink per valid ID policy Carefully check expiration dates and vertical IDs Confidently deny service when required Follow all TIPS guidelines and company alcohol policies Upselling and Product Knowledge Suggest add-ons when appropriate Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu offerings and pricing Maintain Cleanliness and Organization Keep kiosk area sanitized, stocked, and organized Maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout shift Inventory Awareness Monitor stock levels Communicate low inventory to management promptly Safety and Compliance Follow all company policies Comply with Douglas County health regulations Maintain a secure and hygienic workspace at all times Team Collaboration Communicate clearly with bartenders, barbacks, and management Support smooth service during high-volume live music and event nights Receive tip-out from bartenders as part of the service team Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills Strong guest service orientation Ability to multitask and stay organized during high volume Attention to detail and transaction accuracy Basic math skills for cash handling Team-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced indoor and outdoor environment Must be 19 years or older Certifications Required TIPS Certification required prior to or upon hire.
