• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This role requires a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, along with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Operate Silverware POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets and catering events. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stay informed about current trends in cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits to enhance guest experiences. Experience Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or Hotel setting is preferred. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting. Experience in retail math is a plus, as well as knowledge of brewing techniques for craft beverages. A background in hospitality or food service will be beneficial for this role.
