We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton. What You'll Expect As a Bartender, you'll craft beverages, serve food and drinks, and create a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. You'll maintain cleanliness, uphold service standards, and ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations. This is a seasonal position that will run from May through mid to late September. What You'll Do Prepare, serve, and present cocktails, beer, coffee, tea, and other beverages Take food and drink orders, upsell items, and replenish beverages Advise guests on drink selections and ensure responsible alcohol service Operate bar equipment, manage stock, and follow inventory controls Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly Process payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment safety Assist with receiving and storing bar supplies What You'll Bring Prepare, serve, and present cocktails, beer, coffee, tea, and other beverages Take food and drink orders, upsell items, and replenish beverages Advise guests on drink selections and ensure responsible alcohol service Operate bar equipment, manage stock, and follow inventory controls Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly Process payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment safety Assist with receiving and storing bar supplies What We Require Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a noisy, smoky environment Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays Tip pooling is voluntary/optional for tipped employees
