Position Details:

We are looking for a customer-focused, people person to provide first class customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction during all meal periods, while displaying a professional, courteous attitude toward guests' service request.

The bartender is responsible for:

welcoming guests within one minute of their arrival and preparing their cocktail order as requested, while providing superior customer service and quality preparing beverages for restaurant servers immediately as they are processed on the printer handling cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately. providing food service in bar and lounge area

Requirements:

Must be able to speak fluent English and communicate with guests and fellow co-workers TIPS training and Alcohol Awareness training will be required once hired Employee is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, kneel and crouch, occasionally move or lift up to 50 pounds Process all guest checks through an approved payment process (credit card, room charge or cash)
