Engage with guests warmly, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming environment. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness to meet food safety standards. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, utilizing POS systems for cashiering and cash handling. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed, ensuring smooth operations during high-volume periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow and uphold the venue's hospitality standards. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling practices, and beverage preparation techniques. Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus, along with retail math proficiency.
