Your expertise in beverage preparation, customer service, and efficient order management will be key to elevating our venue's lively atmosphere. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you'll thrive on delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back for more. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds seamlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and inventory items as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to deliver exceptional service. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, responsible serving practices, and alcohol regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in diverse hospitality environments. Experience working in fine dining establishments or the food industry is a plus.
