In this dynamic role, you will craft exceptional beverage experiences, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in food and drink service, combined with your ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, w.ill help create memorable moments for our patrons. 1-2 years Experience required Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Take food and drink orders accurately using Toast POS, and process transactions efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed to support seamless operations Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol serving regulations and promoting responsible drinking practices Skills Proven experience as a bartender/server in fine dining, banquet environments with a strong understanding of food industry standards Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast for order entry and cash handling Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume service periods Strong sales ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experience Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling, and alcohol serving regulations Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing purposes Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with brewing or retail math is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or restaurants Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel appreciated!
