We're seeking a skilled and energetic bartender to craft exceptional drinks, create memorable guest experiences, and embody the vibrant culture of our brand. You'll mix cocktails inspired by hip-hop icons, engage with guests in conversations about music and culture, and ensure our bar becomes a standout feature of the dining experience. Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of creative, high-quality cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and precision. Bring our menu to life by recommending signature cocktails and sharing the inspiration behind each drink. Foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests about music, hip-hop culture, and our bar's unique offerings. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all supplies are in place for efficient service. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Enforce responsible alcohol service, ensuring guest safety at all times. Collaborate with the team to create and suggest new cocktail recipes aligned with the restaurant's theme and energy. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. What We're Looking For:
