Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in various settings including restaurants, nightclubs, and banquets. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our members and guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Interact with members in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Process transactions accurately using the POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is preferred. Strong skills for accurate and drink preparation measurements. Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Knowledge of food industry regulations and safe food handling practices is essential.
