Barback and Food Runner

Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ice to ensure seamless beverage service Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness in the bar area, including clearing empty glasses and cleaning surfaces regularly Support servers by bussing tables efficiently and resetting them for new guests Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests with a friendly, positive attitude Help with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating or organizing food items for service Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel settings is advantageous Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Basic culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required Commitment to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction Tipped Employee for Barback Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
