Job Description

Restaurant Hiring - Bartenders (AM & PM Shifts) DOUGH is a high-volume, farm-to-table restaurant focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. As we head into a busy season, we are hiring Front-of-House team members to join a strong, fast-paced service team.
We are currently hiring:
Bartenders Back Servers / Food Runners / Barbacks Please specify which position you are applying for. Compensation $25 - $35+ per hour (based on role and experience) Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible scheduling (AM & PM shifts) What We're Looking For 1-2 years experience required for Bartender roles Host and support roles will train, but all candidates should have friendly people skills, upbeat energy, and a positive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Professional, organized, and guest-focused Must be able to work nights and weekends, including Sundays as needed Must be 21+ Position Breakdown Bartenders 1-2 years bartending experience in a full-service environment Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency Strong guest interaction and service skills Responsibilities Deliver a high level of hospitality and guest experience Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards Communicate clearly with team members during service Support overall flow of service and teamwork DOUGH is a team-driven environment built on standards, accountability, and hospitality.
