The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage operations, and experience in fast-paced environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, taking food orders, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons. Candidates with knowledge of POS systems like Toast POS, along with excellent time management skills, will thrive in this position. A background in food safety, food handling, and retail math is preferred to ensure smooth service delivery. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote beverage sales Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Toast POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure efficient operations during shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet, or nightclub events Uphold all food safety regulations related to food handling and beverage service Assist in setting up for special events such as banquets or private parties Manage multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills during busy hours Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math principles Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts Must be at least 21 years old (or age relevant per local regulations) Open availability is a MUST Join our team as a Bartender where your passion for hospitality will enhance guest experiences while showcasing your skills in a dynamic environment.
