Duties Prepare and assist with food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. Mix and serve drinks as a bartender, utilizing POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently. Greet guests warmly, manage reservations through OpenTable, and provide attentive guest services to enhance their experience. Buss tables, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness in dining and bar areas following sanitation protocols. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while offering personalized recommendations based on guest preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math for billing purposes. Support kitchen staff with food handling, prep work, and maintaining a sanitized environment in accordance with health regulations. Assist with event setups in nightclub or restaurant settings, ensuring smooth operations during busy hours. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service from greeting guests to final check delivery. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred; fine dining or nightclub background is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles demonstrates excellent guest interaction skills. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
