We are seeking energetic, professional bartenders who are passionate about hospitality, craft beverages, and creating memorable guest interactions. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards Deliver exceptional guest service while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer selections, wine offerings, and menu items Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service regulations Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, service stations, and storage areas Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management Assist servers and support staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Contribute to a positive team culture and guest-focused environment Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred (2+ years in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment preferred) Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Strong attention to detail and cash-handling accuracy Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Must meet all state and local requirements for alcohol service What We Offer Competitive pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding restaurant group Employee dining discounts Positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to help shape a hospitality-driven culture Join the Butter & Jam team as a Bartender!
