Bergen Hall, Jersey City, 07304 Responsibilities Craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and poise. Provide exceptional guest service in a welcoming and casual environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar in compliance with safety and health standards. Engage guests with knowledge of drink menus, spirits, and bar offerings. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly. (we use Toast) Contribute ideas to cocktail lists, drink specials, and operational improvements. Requirements Proven bartending experience in high-volume or elevated dining environments. Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to balance speed with precision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure during peak service times. Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends.
