Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a lively atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end Assist with food service and catering setups when needed, including serving at events or banquet functions Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to legal drinking age regulations Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail or food industry experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for quick order entry and payment processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate measurement of ingredients Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage trends is advantageous Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your passion for hospitality shines!
