Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring all tools, ingredients, and supplies are stocked and properly stored. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; process payments efficiently while maintaining accountability. Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and cleanliness protocols during serving and preparation. Manage time effectively during busy shifts by prioritizing tasks such as serving customers, restocking supplies, and cleaning workstations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during high-volume events like banquets or nightclub nights. Demonstrate knowledge of the food industry's best practices in hospitality, brewing techniques, and customer service excellence. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs, fine dining restaurants, or banquet halls. Strong familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Experience with catering events or large-scale food service operations is highly desirable. Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while multitasking between serving drinks, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness.
