Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Juice Bar Attendant to join our team. As a Juice Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for food service.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of juices, smoothies, and bowls
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
• Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
• Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
• Knowledge of Clover POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation standards
