Description GRATO is a high volume restaurant dedicated to whole foods and inventive ITALIAN seasonal farm-to-table fare using local ingredients from an open kitchen seeks
A FULL TIME SERVER
who would also be interested in becoming aBARTENDER.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience with liquor, wine and beer but wants to learn more about cocktail creation. General priorities and responsibilities- To exceed our guests' exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service.
- To promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment.
- To properly execute all necessary steps of service.
- Always ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.
- To respond positively to guests' requests.

- Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills.
- Display a confident and professional appearance.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
