Description GRATO is a high volume restaurant dedicated to whole foods and inventive ITALIAN seasonal farm-to-table fare using local ingredients from an open kitchen seeks
A FULL TIME SERVER
who would also be interested in becoming a
BARTENDER.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience with liquor, wine and beer but wants to learn more about cocktail creation.   • To exceed our guests' exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service.
  • To promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment.
  • To properly execute all necessary steps of service.
  • Always ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus.
  • Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.
  • To respond positively to guests' requests.

  • Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills.
  • Display a confident and professional appearance.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
