We are seeking a dedicated Bar Back/Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner will assist in the smooth operation of our dining establishment by delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately. Bar Back will Support the bar Team with restocking, cleaning, organizing +++Duties:
Responsibilities Bar Back Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages efficiently. Stock and replenish liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies throughout service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas, including counters, sinks, storage areas, and service stations. Wash and polish glassware and bar equipment. Remove trash and recycling as needed. Ensure bartenders have all necessary tools and products to execute service seamlessly. Receive and properly store deliveries. Assist with opening and closing duties. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Support the front-of-house team when needed to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Food Runner- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and customers.
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or the food industry is a plus.
- Hospitality skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and bussing procedures.
- Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
