Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Day Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest has a memorable experience, whether they're enjoying a casual drink or celebrating a special occasion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and creating a lively atmosphere. Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently to ensure accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages throughout the shift to maintain optimal service levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender. Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations confidently. Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to work flexible daytime hours.
