Ephraim, NJ Opening June 25, 2026 Training Begins June 10, 2026 Are you a sports fan who loves great food, cold drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences? Home Team Tavern is looking for enthusiastic Bartenders/Servers to join our opening team and help launch South Jersey's newest Philadelphia sports-themed tavern. What We're Looking For Must love sports and enjoy a high-energy game-day atmosphere Bartending and/or serving experience preferred Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong social media presence or local following is a major plus! We love team members who enjoy promoting events, specials, and helping build excitement around the tavern. Team-oriented, dependable, and professional Responsibilities Deliver outstanding guest service Take food and beverage orders accurately for both dine in and takeout orders Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean and organized work area Process payments and operate POS systems Promote upcoming events, specials, and game-day experiences Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests Why Join Home Team Tavern?
