Event Staff Requirements Include:
Physical Ability :
Lift and carry up to 50lb, stand on your feet for up to 8 hours and maintain good stamina to work in a very fast paced environment
Transportation:
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation to ensure on-time arrival at event work sites
Scheduling :
Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
Professional Appearance :
Maintain their provided uniform package and adhere to strict hygiene standards necessary for food handling
Teamwork :
The ability to work effectively with others and follow directions from leadership
Communication :
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members
Customer Service :
Staff must be able to handle guests in a tactful, professional, and responsive manner to maintain client satisfaction
Professionalism:
Staff should be dependable, honest, and have a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Multitasking :

Server Responsibilities Include:
Follow instructions and duties assigned for each specific event by team leader Attend pre-shift meeting prepared to ask and answer any questions or concerns Assist in unloading equipment upon arrival at venue & reloading at completion of event Set up event spaces according to client specifications, including table settings and decorations Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner Assist with the bussing of tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event Ensure that all food safety and handling procedures are followed diligently Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent guest relations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events Break down banquet setups after events, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and packed properly
Bartender Responsibilities Include:
Follow instructions and duties assigned for each specific event by team leader Attend pre-shift meeting prepared to ask and answer any questions or concerns Assist in unloading equipment upon arrival at venue & reloading at completion of event Set up beverage spaces neatly and efficiently and ensure all supplies are in stock Break down banquet setups after events, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and packed properly Ensure that all food safety and handling procedures are followed diligently Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent guest relations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events Clear understanding of bartending essentials to be able to mix traditional cocktails and craft any client signature drinks Ensure all guests are served appropriately following training guidelines to maintain staff, venue & guest safety Provide and maintain a personal bar kit including: Cutting Board, Sharp Knife (Sheathed),
Bar Key, Corkscrew, Cocktail Shaker, Jigger, Strainers, Bar Spoons, Muddler, Fruit Peeler & Ice Scoop Chef Responsibilities Include:
Follow instructions and duties assigned for each specific event by team leader Prepare meals and food to meet the specifications of guests in a timely manner Ensure all working areas of the kitchen and food stations are maintained in a clean & hygienic condition, at all times Properly measure kitchen ingredients and food portions Maintain constant quality control of the food Use of knives, grill, oven, steamer, flat top and warmers in your food preparation Provide and maintain a personal knife kit Ability to work under demanding and strenuous situations
Experience :
3 Years of previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in banquet or catering environments Please forward resume over for review. A compensated working interview is required.
