Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as

Take food and drink orders with precision, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled promptly. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their dining experience and promote sales. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing payments accurately. Restock supplies regularly to ensure the bar is fully equipped for service during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform retail math and basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and sales transactions. Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus, along with beverage brewing knowledge for craft drinks.
