Part-Time Bartender | Family-Owned Restaurant & Bar For four generations, Golda's Anchor Inn has proudly served our community as a family-owned restaurant and bar built on relationships, consistency, and genuine hospitality. We're looking for a bartender who shares that same pride in service and thrives in a busy, people-first environment.

The Role:

This is a part-time position with: 1-2 afternoon/evening weekday shifts At least 1 weekend shift (typically Sundays) A consistent, rotating schedule generally from 4pm - close. Close time may vary. You'll be at the heart of the guest experience—serving drinks, connecting with customers, and helping our team deliver the level of service we're known for. What You'll Do Prepare beverages for customers and the dining room, working closely with waitstaff Manage high-volume service—especially during summer when crowds can be 2-3 people deep at the bar Take food and drink orders for guests seated at the bar Provide friendly, attentive service that keeps guests coming back Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized Accurately handle POS and payments What We're Looking For 3+ years bartending experience preferred Strong customer focus—you enjoy building relationships and creating a welcoming environment Ability to stay organized and efficient during peak rushes Team-oriented mindset with clear communication Dependable and able to commit to a steady part-time schedule References will be requested and checked
