Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at shift end using retail math skills Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety on premises Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies promptly, and communicate needs to management Uphold all food handling regulations, including proper serving techniques and food safety protocols Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet hall is highly preferred Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS software Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele effectively Experience serving in fine dining or hospitality settings that require attention to detail and professionalism Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining quality service Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
