Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience. Manage POS system to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, recognizing signs of intoxication and ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during banquets or catering events. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service. Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service. Assist in training new team members on POS systems as needed. Experience Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is required. Experience in food service or retail math helps ensure accurate cash handling and sales processing. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential for maintaining hygiene standards. Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills to connect with diverse guests.
