Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a versatile hospitality professional, where you'll bring energy, warmth, and exceptional service to our vibrant restaurant environment. As a Linecook, Hostess, and Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through your culinary skills, welcoming demeanor, and bartending expertise. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality career while working in a lively, fast-paced setting that values enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Prepare and cook menu items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met consistently. Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and seat patrons efficiently as a Hostess. Take beverage orders and craft drinks skillfully as a Bartender, engaging guests with friendly conversation and excellent service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, bar area, and dining space to uphold health and safety standards. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle transactions smoothly. Provide outstanding guest service by addressing inquiries, accommodating special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow during busy hours while demonstrating excellent communication skills. Experience Prior experience as a Host/hostess in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key. Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing. Background in food preparation or serving roles demonstrates familiarity with restaurant operations. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and coordinating with team members effectively. Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus, highlighting your ability to deliver exceptional guest relations. Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest interaction best practices ensures professional communication at all times.
