We are currently seeking a Bartender to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, following hotel recipes and standards. Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment. Take orders, enter them into the POS system (Micros), and handle cash or card payments accurately. Monitor guests to ensure they are not over-served and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking, prepping, and end-of-shift duties. Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Stay informed about bar menu changes, specials, and hotel events.
Qualifications:
This position requires open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Proven experience as a bartender preferred Knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and bar equipment Certifications such as TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent preferred Familiarity with POS (Micros) systems preferred
