Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote repeat business. Operate POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours, special events, or banquets. Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling and beverage service in accordance with health regulations. Assist with catering events by serving drinks efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards. Stay informed about menu updates, drink recipes, and promotions to enhance guest experience. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient transaction processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals. Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous; retail math skills are also beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or special event days. Knowledge of brewing techniques or catering experience can be a plus but is not required.
