Server/Bartender

The Roswell Country Club is a member-driven club with a restaurant/bar, golf course, swimming pool, and event venue. We are looking for Server/Bartenders with a positive attitude and a willingness to work to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet members
• Communicate specials and take members' food/beverage orders
• Ring in orders and prepare orders as needed
• Serve food, beverage & alcoholic cocktail orders, checking for correctness and timeliness
• Enter orders & beverages in computer
• Clear, clean and reset tables
• Answer telephones, take reservations and carry out orders
• Work as a team to service all tables and members, refilling drinks and clearing plates in a timely manner
• Transport soiled dishes and linen when applicable
• Keep floors, windows, and bathrooms clean
• Perform opening/closing duties, i.e. make tea, cut salad, roll silverware, fill ice well, fill salt & pepper shakers & sugar caddies, slice desserts, stock stations, vacuum carpets, sweep & mop floors, clean and check bathrooms.
• Set up/Tear down event rooms as needed per event
• Ability to climb stairs, lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with kitchen team, serving team, managers and members. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment is extremely helpful. Must have a liquor license & food handlers license or the ability to obtain one.
