Bartender (Part-Time)

Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately and swiftly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience serving in a hospitality setting that emphasizes customer service excellence Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations Prior work in the food industry or retail environment is highly desirable; experience in brewing or catering is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel appreciated!
