Server/Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Beertender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest relations, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Beertender, you will be responsible for serving beer, managing the dining room/Bar, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests while dining. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items, pour and serve beer. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and build rapport, enhancing their overall experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including Aloha POS. Assist with food handling and bussing duties as needed to support the restaurant's operations. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Stay updated on menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or similar roles is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance standards are met. Food Handlers Card. Alcohol servers card within 60 days. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members alike. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
