Event Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and stock Event Bars
• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in a timely manner
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions using a POS system
• Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with basic math for handling payments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
• Sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in the food industry
• Proficiency in using a POS system
• Understanding of sales techniques in the hospitality industry

Pay:

From $12.00 per hour
